Payment:
We accept cash, EFTPOS, cheque, Internet banking, Master or Visa card.
Arrival/~Departure:
- Check In: 2pm. On arrival your cottage will be open and ready. If you are arriving later please call and we can leave lights on & in the winter have the fire going.
- Check Out: 11am. Unless by prior arrangement. On most weekends we endevour to provide a late afternoon departure, for a more relaxing stay.
Cancellation:
We know there are times when circumstances are going to cause a disruption to your planned holiday ~ please ring and let us know.
We are agreeable to look at changes or amend booking dates where possible.
Otherwise: 31+ days notice ~ full refund, less $15 administration fee. 21 ~ 31 days notice 30% refund. 0 ~ 20 days days no refund of deposit.
